Our shipping rates are fixed for both local and international freight. We use Australia Post for postal services and you can choose between standard and express shipping. We always do our best to get orders within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the order.

Estimated Delivery Times – Australia

These delivery times are as per Australia Post guidelines.

• Metro Melbourne 3-4 working day
• Sydney 2-3 working day
• Brisbane 1-2 working day
• Adelaide 3-4 working days
• Perth 5-6 working days
• Regional areas add 2 days to the above

Afterpay is a payment service allowing us to offer customers the ability to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

How does it work?

Place an order with Gainsmen using Afterpay as your payment method. You'll then be required to pay for the order in four installments, due every two weeks. Even better, it's completely interest-free when you pay on time!

Is there anything else I should know? 

• You must be 18 or over, have a bank account and be a North American, Australian or New Zealand residential address.
• Orders must be below $1000.
• Afterpay is not available for use when purchasing gift cards.
• Late payment fees will apply.

We’re sorry if something's missing from your order, but don't worry, it could be because we've only shipped part of your order, and the rest of your order will arrive a few days later.

In the unlikely event you've receive a wrong item or the wrong order, or your order is damaged in any way, please contact us with the following information and we'll get it sorted;

• Your order number
• The name of the item you didn't receive
• A photo and the name of the item you have received (if the wrong item)

All claims for orders received incorrectly due to receiving the wrong item must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

If your item is faulty (manufacturing fault) upon receipt, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card (or original method of payment). If it isn't quite right for you, the item can be returned for a online store credit with no expiry date.

All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days. Items must be returned with their original packaging (tags attached) and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

Exchanges will be shipped without additional cost however you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Please note that items sell out quickly, so we cannot guarantee that the item will still be available by the time your return is processed
