Thank you for shopping with Gainsmen, we hope you enjoy our gear as much as we do.
We know you will love our product but we also know shopping online can present challenges like getting the right fit you are looking for. At Gainsmen we are here to help, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please reach out to the team and we will try to assist you with your needs.
Returns
If your item is faulty (manufacturing fault) upon receipt, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card (or original method of payment). If it isn't quite right for you, the item can be returned for a online store credit with no expiry date.
All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days. Items must be returned with their original packaging (tags attached) and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
Please note: if items are not sent back in the same condition they were sent out, there will be a 20% reduction in store credit as a handling fee. Eg: If your returns are covered in dog/human hair, stains, has a scent (including deodorant, perfume or washing powder) etc.
To process your return or exchange follow the steps below.
- Email us your order number and tell us why you are returning an item
- If you would like an exchange, which item you would like to exchange for
- Take your package to your local post office
- Send us confirmation of postage
Note
- We do not offer exchanges on already exchanged items.
- During sale periods only store credits are available, as we can not guarantee your exchanged item will stay in stock. If items are purchased during a sale period, exchanging for another product will mean you need to pay RRP on that product instead of it's sale price (if the sale has ended).
- During the exchange process, sometimes your desired product may go out of stock. If this occurs, we will automatically issue you with a online credit for the value of the returned product.
- We do not offer returns on some items, including socks, hats, and accessories.
- We do not cover return postage costs.

Exchanges
Exchanges will be shipped without additional cost however you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that items sell out quickly, so we cannot guarantee that the item will still be available by the time your return is processed
